Any user found engaging in Prohibited Conduct will have their account immediately terminated, and any winnings may be confiscated.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, free rewards, referral programs, and promotions are subject to separate specific terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MJ77.pk, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of the App or your inability to use it.
- Any loss of data or loss of profit.
- Any loss of real money from playing games on the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
